1. Our 14 Day Return & Exchange Guarantee

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Window: You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Final Sale/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned or exchanged, including:

    • Gift cards.

    • Personalized or custom-made items.

    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

    • Digital products, downloadable software, or services.

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page or at checkout.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition.
  • Returned with all original packaging, boxes, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Free of any signs of wear, such as deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, or make-up stains.

3. Easy Step-by-Step Return Process

We aim to make the return process as simple as possible.

  2. Await Approval: We will review your request and send you an email confirmation within 1-2 business days. This email will include your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original shipping box or a secure alternative. Important:Please include a copy of the Return Approval Email or a note with your RMA number inside the package for faster processing.

  4. Ship It Back: Affix the provided prepaid return label if applicable and drop off the package at the designated carrier location, or according to instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Who covers the cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Reason for Return Shipping Cost Responsibility
Change of Mind/Buyer's Remorse Customer is responsible.
Exchange (for a different size/color) Free (We cover the shipping on the exchange order).
Item is Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect We cover all costs (A prepaid label will be provided).
  • Note: If a prepaid label is provided for a change-of-mind return, a flat rate of [e.g., $5.00] will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs, and duties unless the item is defective.

5. Refunds, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Approved refunds will be processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Store Credit: As an alternative to a refund, we can offer Store Credit for the full value of your returned item(s). This is often processed faster than a payment refund and can be used immediately for future purchases.

  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange for a different size or color of the same item, the replacement will be shipped out as soon as the returned item is approved.

6. Damaged or Defective Items (Our Responsibility)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery) at CONTACT US page.

  • We will provide a free prepaid return label and instructions.

  • We will send you a replacement item free of charge, or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
